Police investigate after man robbed – Nowra

A police investigation has commenced after a man was robbed of his wallet on the state’s South Coast.

About 2.30pm (Monday 12 March 2018) a 59-year-old man was waiting at a bus stop on Lyndhurst Drive, Bomaderry, when he was approached by two men.

The men, believed to be aged between 16 and 22, demanded the man’s money before punching him in the face and stealing his wallet and phone.

As the pair ran from the scene, they dropped his phone which he was then able to retrieve.

He contacted police and officers from South Coast Police District attended and commenced inquiries.
